When will I get my download?

Do you ship physical products?

No. We sell digital items only — no physical products are shipped.

What if I don’t receive my download?

If you haven’t received your files within 1 hour, please contact us at contact@knowlexbooks.shop with your order number, and we’ll resend your files right away.

Can I get a refund?

Since our products are digital and instantly delivered, all sales are final.

Can I share or resell your templates?

No. All files are for personal use only. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing our templates is strictly prohibited.

What if I bought the wrong item?

If you contact us before downloading the file, we may be able to exchange it for the correct one.
Once a file has been downloaded, the sale becomes final.

Most of our files are in PDF or Word (DOCX) format, which can be opened on any computer, tablet, or phone. Please check the product description for details.
